Shipping and returns

• We deliver with DHL Express.

• You will receive your order within 3-5 working days, by DHL Express.

• Shipping costs 16€ for orders under 150 €

• Free delivery for orders over 150 €

• Return shipping will be charged by deducting the return costs from the refund amount for the returned articles.

• To return your order when having the return label we created for you, you can either:

• 1.  Click the link https://mydhl.express.dhl/index/en.html and fill in your details, what date and time suits you best for pick up by the Courier

  or

        2. You can call your local DHL Express to arrange your pick up giving them your waybill.

  • If, for some reason you have no return label, please contact our customer care team to guide you.
  • The return must be shipped within 14 days of the order's delivery date.
