WHAT, IF A PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE?
There are clear indications of our warehouse availability, so you are aware of the products that can be immediately delivered, as well as for those not marked as available, but will be in the future.
However, you can place your order, even for the products that are not available in our warehouse and we will contact you via email or / and telephone
within the next 48 hours to update you about the availability date and delivery time. If the delivery time doesn't work for you, you can request the withdrawal of your order.
In any case, it should be clear that the above delivery time for your order depends on the availability of the products in our warehouse.
In addition, we offer you the option to choose whether you wish to receive all the products of your order at once, when everything is available at our warehouse,
or receive partial delivery, depending on the time the products are available.

Each product has its own size range, however, the fitting always depends on the fabric and the pattern.
MY ORDER IS LATE
If for any reason,(e.g. weather conditions, strikes etc.), we can't deliver your order within the specified time, we will get in touch with you via e-mail to confirm whether or not you wish to ship your order under these circumstances.

Our e-shop team at vivalous.com is always checking very carefully the quality and care of the packaging, before every shipment,so there is no concern for defects or poor quality products.
Our products are going through quality control as soon as we receive them, in order to be sure our customers are satisfied with our products.
However, if you receive a defective product, you reserve the right to return it,and either replace it at our own delivery cost or get a refund.
Customer service is our number one priority.
CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT?
Vivalous.com allows you to return a product within 14 calendar days of its receipt. For product return is required firstly to contact us and then the following options are available:
• Credit: Credit to the account you have created in our online store equal to the value of the product you returned for the purpose of using it for a future purchase. The credit is activated from the moment we receive your refund and is valid for 15 days.
• Refund: Your money will be refunded within 30 calendar days of the date we received your refund on the credit card you made the payment or the bank account you indicate. Return cost is charged to the customer and the cost depends on the country.
• The above applies if the product is not discounted.
• It is a requirement for the product to be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition as you received it along with receipt, including the product's specific marking (tabs) and barcode.
• For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept returns of swimwear, underwear, leggings, bodices. All the products that return to the warehouse of vivalous.com are subject to meticulous quality control.
• Products from sales only change with products from sales section, if they are in stock.
• Changes and refunds are not made in evening dresses.
If you want to change your product, the return cost is on you.
Regarding the delivery cost of the new product, after the return, the cost depends on the amount of the new order.
In case the order is less than €120, the customer will be charged for the delivery. Otherwise, the customer does not incur shipping cost.
For every additional change, the customer will be charged the shipping cost.
