Orders
The moment your order ships with DHL, you will find a tracking link in your shipment confirmation email. With this, you can track the delivery status of your order online. For more information, please contact our customer service team by phone, e-mail or chat.
Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. Usually, we ship orders within 48 hours.
When your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail confirming your order, please contact our customer service department.

Returns and refunds
A return note from DHL is included in your package. The products must be returned with the original label, the original packaging and the return note. You have 14 days after receipt of the order to return it to us. To return your order when having the return label, we created for you, you can either click the link https://mydhl.express.dhl/index/en.html and fill in your details, what date and time suits you best for pick up by the Courier, or you can call your local DHL Express to arrange your pick up giving them your waybill. If, for some reason you have no return label, please contact our customer care team to guide you.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. If you send an item back to us, you will automatically receive a refund. If you want a different colour, size or item, please place a new order.
You will receive a refund within 10 days. The refund will always be credited according to the payment method you chose when you placed your order.
