Returns

• To return your order when having the return label we created for you, you can either click the link https://mydhl.express.dhl/index/en.html and fill in your details, what date and time suits you best for pick up by the DHL Courier, or you can call your local DHL Express to arrange your pick up giving them your waybill. If, for some reason you have no return label, please contact our customer care team to guide you.

•  Only one waybill must be attached to each package.

• Please note that each waybill can be used once for one package only.

• For more than one return, all items can be placed in a single package, that is adequate for the contents and suitable for shipping, using only one waybilIf you have only one waybill and more than one parcel, please contact directly [email protected]

• The return must be shipped within 14 days of the order's delivery date.
